L.F.Burgess & Associates

A life long member of the Canadian Marine Industry, Lou Burgess has been involved with all levels of marine activity. In 1974 L.F. Burgess & Associates Limited was formed as a manufacturer's representative company. Many of the principals originally represented in the seventies continue to rely on the Burgess group.

In addition to Lou, the Canadian sales territory is extensively covered by Louis Burgess, having a combined 60 years experience in the Canadian Marine and RV industries. We are members of the NMRA.

Our customers include Marine/Sporting Goods/Hardware Distributors, Large Marine and Sporting Goods Dealers, Boat builders (Power & Sail), Chain Stores, Mass Merchants, RV OEM's and Distributors, PWC OEM's and Distributors.

The process of handling customer warranties across the border becomes expensive and time consuming for non-Canadian based factories. We provide service and/or replacement of product to mirror factory policy on a no cost basis. We also publish our 800 number.

Our facility in Brantford Ontario, which is 30 minutes from Hamilton,1 hour from Toronto Airport and only 2 hours from Buffalo, New York covers 30,000 square feet. Warehousing and computerized distribution can be provided. Assistance in routing, Customers requirements and NAFTA information is provided.

Our enthusiastic efforts in assisting accounts to better serve their customers have proven most successful. We work closely with each customer to deliver an impeccable service quality level. Our aim is to exceed expectations over and by setting goals and objectives and laying plans to appropriately evaluate our own performance as well as market changes.
